Asian Pan Seared Cod w/ Grilled Asparagus

  • Fresh Wild Cod (Portions depend upon # of Guest)
  • Asparagus
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp of Honey
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cod
  2. Rinse and let Cod sit at room temperature for 20 minutes. Mix honey, lemon juice, sea salt and pepper in a small bowl. Emerse the cod in the mixture, ensuring that both sides have been saturated. Place cod with skinless side down into a heated skillet coated with olive oil. Cook on medium heat on each side for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Asparagus
  4. Place rinsed asparagus on grilled or skillet that has been coated with olive oil. Sparingly sprinkle sea salt over the asparagus while cooking.
  5. Turn often while cooking for 5-7 minutes over low/medium heat.
  6. Plate immediately.
