Asian Pan Seared Cod w/ Grilled Asparagus

- Fresh Wild Cod (Portions depend upon # of Guest)
- Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp of Honey
- 1/2 Lemon
- Sea Salt
- Rinse and let Cod sit at room temperature for 20 minutes. Mix honey, lemon juice, sea salt and pepper in a small bowl. Emerse the cod in the mixture, ensuring that both sides have been saturated. Place cod with skinless side down into a heated skillet coated with olive oil. Cook on medium heat on each side for 2-3 minutes.
- Place rinsed asparagus on grilled or skillet that has been coated with olive oil. Sparingly sprinkle sea salt over the asparagus while cooking.
- Turn often while cooking for 5-7 minutes over low/medium heat.
- Plate immediately.
