Avocado Mango Salad

  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and cubed
  • ½ cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Pinch salt
  1. Pour 1 tablespoon of lime juice over avocado and lightly toss. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and light stir to blend well. Eat immediately by itself, on a salad or in a lettuce wrap.
