Recipe Type: Power Snack
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 packets Sunrider Cocoa VitaShake or ¼ cup Cocoa powder
- 3 T. raw honey + squirt Sunrider Sunny Dew or
- 1 very ripe banana, ½-1 T. raw honey, squirt Sunny Dew
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (without alcohol)
- Peel and quarter a ripe avocado.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
