- Whether you bake them as above or at 350 degrees for less time, a baked potato is a quick and easy meal. Add some steamed broccoli or mixed vegetables, and toss a quick salad. Top the potato with the salad, drizzle with dressing made from olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Dr. Chen’s Vegetarian Secret Sauce. Oh, so good!
