Billies’s Cole Slaw

- 5 Cups Shredded Cabbage (I used the angel shed)
- 1/2 Bag of Broccoli Mix in a bag (I chop it finer)
- 1/2 cup of sliced almonds (toasted in Olive oil w/garlic)
- 1 cup of dried cranberries (natural ones)
- 1/2 cup of diced celery
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
- Dressing
- 1/2 Cup of Vegenaise
- 1 Tablespoon Stone Ground Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- Pepper to Taste
