Chipotle Sour Crème
Recipe Type: Power Snack
- 2 cups cashews, soaked for 2-4 hours
- ¼ – ¾ cup pure water
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- ½ -1 teaspoon chipotle powder
- Place cashews, ½ the water, lemon juice and ½ teaspoon chipotle powder in to Vita-Mix.
- Blend until smooth, adding more water for desired consistency and chipotle powder for desired heat.
