Chocolate No Bake Cookies
Recipe Type: Dessert
- 1 cup gluten free oatmeal
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- ½ cup almond butter
- ½ cup ground flaxseed
- ½ cup raw cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons honey, coconut aminos, or agave
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch sea salt
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- With a cookie scoop, make a ball and flatten slightly, and dip in shredded coconut.
- Will Keep in Freezer for months and refrigerator for 30 days or more (if you can keep from eating them that long)
