Cole Slaw

Ingredients
  • 5 Cups Shredded Cabbage (I used the angel shed)
  • 1/2 Bag of Broccoli Mix in a bag ( I chop it finer)
  • 1/2 cup of sliced almonds toasted in Olive oil w/garlic
  • 1 cup of dried cranberries (natural ones)
  • 1/2 cup of diced celery
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cup of Vegenaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Stone Ground Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • Pepper to Taste
Instructions
  1. Double the ingredients for a large gathering. Excellent.
