Crunch Jicama Fries

Ingredients
- 1 large jicama, peeled, and sliced into quarter inch strips to resemble French fries.
- Base Coating
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- pinchCayenne
- Herb Fries
- 1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon thyme or combo of herb of choice
- Mexican Fries
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Sweet Fries
- 1 cup shredded coconut, ground
- ½-1 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch stevia or coconut sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a Ziploc bag and mix well. Add Jicama Strips and shake in bag until well coated. These do not keep well once coated. Coating can be kept in a Ziplock bag in the freezer and used as needed for single or multiple servings of fries. Coat as many as desired when ready eat.
