Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 small sweet white onion peeled and sliced thin
  • ¼ -1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 tablespoons agave
  • ½ – 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
  1. Place everything in a bowl and mix well. Let sit for an hour or more, for veggies to soften and marinate.
  2. Serve Chilled!
