Recipe Type: Lunch Dinner Power Snack
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 small sweet white onion peeled and sliced thin
- ¼ -1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1-2 tablespoons agave
- ½ – 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Place everything in a bowl and mix well. Let sit for an hour or more, for veggies to soften and marinate.
- Serve Chilled!
