Cucumber Slaw

  • 4-5 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and julienned
  • 1-2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 tablespoons agave or honey
  • 1 tablespoon alack sesame seeds
  • ½ -1 teaspoon sea salt
  1. Place shredded cabbage in medium bowl. Peel and Julienne cucumbers using a sharp knife or a julienne peeler. Add to cabbage and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and toss until dressing is well incorporated. Slaw will break down some as it sits, but still retain it’s crunch.
