Everyday Chopped Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup green cabbage
- 1 cup purple cabbage
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- ½ cup sprouted lentils and / or sprouted mung beans (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 – 2 scallion, chopped
- 3-4 tablespoons sliced almonds
- Sesame Dressing
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon agave, honey, coconut nectar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- ½ -1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage, carrot, onion and cilantro into very small pieces and toss. Pour dressing ingredients into a small jar and shake or pout into a small bowl and whisk to blend well. Pour over salad and toss to mix well. Adjust flavors as necessary.
