Recipe Type: Power Snack
- 4 Cups Water
- 2 large handfuls Spinach
- 2-4 Romaine Leaves, Kale, Collards, Spring Mix
- 1 – 1 ½ Cups Frozen Fruit or Fresh in Season Fruit
- 1 Frozen Banana
- Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix and blend until smooth. Adjust taste by adding more greens or fruit. You may use any fruit or green and it is best to mix up the veggies and fruits you use from time to time. Nut or seed milk, may be substituted for water, if more calories are needed.
