Hummus

Ingredients
  • 2- 15 oz. Eden Organic Garbanzo Beans or equivalent cooked dried beans
  • 1 packet Simply Herbs NuPlus
  • 2 T. Liquid from garbanzo beans or more as needed
  • 1 T. Olive Oil
  • 1- Lime
  • 1- Lemon
  • 1-Teaspoon paprika and other spices
  • 1/3 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1-2 T. sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Mix well in a food processor or VitaMix machine. Add a few tablespoons of Organic Ville Salsa, pineapple or plain. Awesome with sticks of celery, carrots, Jicama, sugar snap peas or unsalted baked chips.
