Pear Vinaigrette

- 3 2 ripe pears – cored, and chopped
- ¼ – ½ cup Water (divided)
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup white basalmic vinegar
- 2-4 tablespoons flax seed oil
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in Vita-Mix and blend to smooth and creamy.
- Adjust flavors and add additional water if needed for desired consistency…
- Will keep in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks or in freezer for months…
