Pear Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • 3 2 ripe pears – cored, and chopped
  • ¼ – ½ cup Water (divided)
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup white basalmic vinegar
  • 2-4 tablespoons flax seed oil
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in Vita-Mix and blend to smooth and creamy.
  2. Adjust flavors and add additional water if needed for desired consistency…
  3. Will keep in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks or in freezer for months…
