Raw Soup

Ingredients
  • 3 FRESH TOMATOES
  • 2 STALKS CELERY (CUT TO FIT INTO VITAMIX or Blender)
  • 2 SLICES RED BELL PEPPER
  • ¼ CUP RAW CASHEWS OR SLIVERED ALMONDS
  • PINCH OF JALAPENO PEPPER (DRIED)
  • 3 PITTED FRESH DATES
  • ½ – 1 GARLIC CLOVE
  • 1 TBL SWEET ONION JUICE OF ½ LEMON
  • 1 ½ CUPS HOT WATER
  • DELICIOUS!!!
Instructions
  1. BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS IN VITA MIX OR BLENDER. SERVE IN A CUP OR SMALL BOWL WITH CRUSHED CHEESE NUPUFFS ON TOP. YIPES!! DELICIOUS!!!
