- 3 FRESH TOMATOES
- 2 STALKS CELERY (CUT TO FIT INTO VITAMIX or Blender)
- 2 SLICES RED BELL PEPPER
- ¼ CUP RAW CASHEWS OR SLIVERED ALMONDS
- PINCH OF JALAPENO PEPPER (DRIED)
- 3 PITTED FRESH DATES
- ½ – 1 GARLIC CLOVE
- 1 TBL SWEET ONION JUICE OF ½ LEMON
- 1 ½ CUPS HOT WATER
- DELICIOUS!!!
Instructions
- BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS IN VITA MIX OR BLENDER. SERVE IN A CUP OR SMALL BOWL WITH CRUSHED CHEESE NUPUFFS ON TOP. YIPES!! DELICIOUS!!!
