Spinach Avocado Soup

Ingredients
  • 4 cups pure water
  • 3-4 cups spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 small apple, cored
  • 3 – 4 green onion, white and green parts
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2-3 teaspoons thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 
¼ -½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in the high-powered blender and process until smooth. If desired, top with thyme, diced tomatoes, diced green onions or sesame seeds before serving.
