Spinach Avocado Soup

Ingredients
- 4 cups pure water
- 3-4 cups spinach
- 1 avocado
- 1 small apple, cored
- 3 – 4 green onion, white and green parts
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2-3 teaspoons thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ -½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the high-powered blender and process until smooth. If desired, top with thyme, diced tomatoes, diced green onions or sesame seeds before serving.
