Steamed Broccoli

Serves: 8
Ingredients
  • 8 cups broccoli florets
  • ¾ cups vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, add about one inch of water.
  2. Place steam basket inside pot.
  3. Add broccoli, cover and steam 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from steamer to large bowl.
  5. Whisk together vegetable broth and next four ingredients.
  6. Pour over broccoli and mix thoroughly.
