I won the Challenge losing 18.9 percent body fat and since then have surpassed losing an overall 100 lbs. since 2006. An amazing amount of inches lost took me from a size 16 to a size 8 and soon to be even smaller! I am an inspiration to the rest of my family, friends and co-workers.
