The Essential Combination Coaching


The Essential Combination Coaching is 5 weeks long.  Each week focuses on one of the essentials. Includes 1 hr coaching session per week with interactive, very informative activities and homework.


Fitness – Obtain an individualized fitness program with proven results from the creator of stylish and fit and the life changing programs. Also includes weekly consultations.

Fashion – Closet analysis, signature style and power color discovery, missing wardrobe essentials, and an overall style enhancement.

Nutrition – Cabinet/Kitchen analysis, foundational principles of eating and nutrition, weekly consultations

Beauty – Discover the beauty basics and how to enhance your features.

Motivation – Receive weekly lifestyle coaching and get motivated to make lasting changes and have clarity of purpose.
